We will gladly accept the return of incorrect items that are delivered items or defective items for 7 days from the date of delivery. If you own this item for more than 7 days, it is considered used and will not be eligible for refund.
Return shipping is non-refundable.
All return requests must be submitted to Customer Service at email@example.com. Once return is approved, we ask that our customers email the tracking number for the item being returned to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Furthermore, all refunds will be reflected on the customer's account following receipt of the returned item.
