Returns or exchange requests must be made within 15 days. You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning any merchandise to us. Any returns without an RMA number will be refused. The product must be resalable and in the same condition that it was sent to you. Contact us at email@example.com to receive an RMA before returning your item.
Shipping is non-refundable on returns. A 20% restocking fee may apply on non-damaged items that are returned.
All refunds will be reflected on customer accounts once the item is received.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. You may return all defective products (after receiving an RMA#) for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date the item is delivered. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
